American Councils will be conducting its preliminary testing for the Sumy city and region this weekend. Round 1 testing will be hosted at vul. Gerasima Kondratyeva, b. 76, SSH #2 at 09.00 AM Saturday September 26.

- Must be born between 01.01.1999 and 15.07.2001
- Enrolled in the 8th, 9th, or 10th grade
- Currently enrolled in an English course
- Must be a Ukrainian citizen
- Must not have been spent three months in the USA within the past five years
