English - Speaking Club

There were four meetings of the English-Speaking Club in November. The following topics were discussed.

5.11 – Space

This meeting was devoted to the discussion of Space and Universe. Members of the Club exchanged views about space flights and development in future of this field of activity. As usual there was very friendly and funny atmosphere and of course it was very useful for the heightening of the English habits.

English - Speaking Club

There were five meetings of the English-Speaking Club with Colin in October. The following topics were discussed:

1.10 – Synonyms

8.10 - Idioms

15.10 – Advocates

22.10 – Discussion

29.10 –Game of words

During the meeting the members of the Club played a game of words. Colin asked everyone to tell one English word. After that he wrote the words on the whiteboard, divided people into groups of four and asked them to make long sentences of all the words. There was much laughter and jokes in the end. Many new English words were named and learnt.  

English - Speaking Club

From September the 3^rd started the new educational season of the English-Speaking Club with Colin. The four meetings of the Club took place in September.

3.09 - Holiday

During the meeting the members of the Club told each other where and how they spent July and August. Besides they discussed where better to spend vacations and holidays and how much it may cost. Then exchanged views on the most popular and favorite travelling places. As usual there was a very warm and cheerful atmosphere.
