There were four meetings of
the English-Speaking Club in March. The following topics were discussed:
5.03 – Technology
12.03 – Celebrities
This
meeting was devoted to the discussion of the topic “Celebrities”. The members
of the club talked about famous people from different countries: Ukraine,
Australia, the USA and others. They talked about their way of life, their
achievements and the price they pay for the fame. All members of the Club named
their favorites and explained why they chose them. There was a lot of laughter
and jokes during the meeting and were learnt many new English words and
phrases.
